After hosting the Who Wants To Be A Millionaire (WWTBAM) show for about 13 years, Frank Edoho and his former employers reveal that they have parted ways.
After going off air in July 2017, due to a reported lack of sponsorship, the hit show WWTBAM announced that they would be making a comeback to TV screens.
The announcement also came with a revelation that Edoho who hosted the show for about 13 years, would be replaced by someone else.
Edoho confirmed the reports by tweeting “kindly allow me announce, that after a disagreement in negotiations with @Ultimalimited I have decided to decline hosting WWTBAM any further.”
According to reports, there was no issue between Edoho and his former employers. Read below:
“The only difference about the show is that the star prize money has reduced from N10m to N5m. Also, it is very likely that we are not going to use Frank Edoho as our anchor. We are not dropping him because we had any issue with him.”
